Dance until late gets early!
Music in the marquee finishes at midnight.
Then we’ll carry on at the afterparty in the woods.

Join us at the venue for a BBQ brunch, drinks and debrief.

Acommodation
Onsite
We’d love for you to stay onsite with us at our beautiful venue and lock into the 3-day celebration!
Luxury, pre-erected glamping bell tents are available to hire from Tinkerbell Tents.
Each bell tent is set up with off the ground beds, duvets, pillows, sheepskins and solar lighting.
Friday - Sunday Bell Tent Hire:
2 person £290 - 1 double or 2 singles
4 person £350 - 2 doubles or 4 singles.
OR
Bring your own tent.
We’re asking for £10pp contribution to go towards hot showers.
Our glamping bell tents will be ready for you on Friday afternoon, and if you’re bringing your own, feel free to pitch it from then too.
Please let us know if you wish to glamp or camp when you RSVP, & we’ll arrange this with you!
Offsite
There are plenty of nearby hotels and Airbnbs.
Chew Stoke, Chew Magna, and Pensford are just around the corner.
Bristol is just a 30 minute drive away.

Bright, bold and colourful wedding attire is encouraged. Summer suits and dresses!
Most of all we want you to be comfortable, so wear what makes you happy and feel good!
Ladies - be mindful of uneven ground when choosing heels, you might want to pack some comfy shoes, especially if joining us in the woods at the afterparty!

We’ll have a selection of complimentary drinks to get the party started and the bar will be open all day!
Food
A delicious feast awaits! If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
Late-Night Snacks
The celebrations don’t stop after dinner! We’ll have some late-night snacks to keep you fueled for dancing.

Finding the site:
The closest postcode is BS40 8XR, this should take you to the end of a lane off Wallycourt Road with a National Speed Limit sign and a Dead End sign at the start of it.
If it doesn’t, search for ‘The Stoke Inn BS40 8XE’ and head down the road opposite - Wallycourt Road. About 500 yards down the road on the right you will see the above mentioned lane.
Drive into the lane and carry on up the hill. As the hill dips down again a bollard will stop you going any further - turn right into our site here.
